In Friday's non-league match, the host Hoffman Estates Hawks football squad scored a close 28-21 triumph over the New Trier Trevians.

The Hawks (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Evanston (Evanston, IL). The Wildkits come into the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Evanston was nudged by Fremd (Palatine, IL), 34-7, in a non-league match.
