The Kennedy Cougars football team (Sacramento, CA), was crushed 40-0 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting River City Raiders (West Sacramento, CA)

With the win, River City advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Raiders host Wood (Vacaville, CA) to confront the Wildcats in a Monticello Empire League contest on Friday, September 26. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 2-2.
