Iowa High School Football - Waukee prevails Kennedy
September 12, 2025: Cedar Rapids, IA 52402 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Waukee Warriors football squad scored a good 23-15 triumph over the Kennedy Cougars.
The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Valley (West Des Moines, IA). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Valley defeated Urbandale (Urbandale, IA), 41-3, in a league match.
Next, the Cougars meet the Linn-Mar Lions (Marion, IA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 19. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Lions come into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 28-7 league win over Liberty (North Liberty, IA).
