In Friday's league game, the Rochester Rockets (Rochester, IL) football team triumphed over the visiting Lincoln Railsplitters (Lincoln, IL), by a tally of 56-0.

In their next game, the Rockets battle the Glenwood Titans (Chatham, IL) in a Central State Eight - East game, on Friday, September 19. Rochester will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record.
