The Trojans now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Albia for a 2A Group 7 outing on Friday, September 19. South Tama County will clash with a Blue Demons squad coming off a 44-6 non-league win over Knoxville (Knoxville, IA). The Blue Demons record now stands at 2-1.
The Falcons (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Durant (Durant, IA). The Wildcats enter the 1A District 6 game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Durant was trounced by Wilton (Wilton, IA), 20-0, in a non-league game.
