California High School Football - Sylmar wallops Poly

The Sylmar Spartans football squad scored 52 points and limited the visiting Poly Parrots to 6 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chatsworth for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 19. Sylmar will face a Chancellors team coming off a 44-34 non-league win over Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA). The Chancellors record now stands at 1-3.

The Parrots (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Fulton (Van Nuys, CA). The Jaguars go into the East Valley challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Fulton was ripped by Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA), 63-8, in a non-league test.
