September 12, 2025: Fort Pierre, SD 57532 The Stanley County Buffalos walloped the visiting Redfield Pheasants football team by a score of 42-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Buffalos play the Gregory Gorillas (Gregory, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Stanley County will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Gorillas go into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 49-18 league loss to Bon Homme (Tyndall, SD).
With the defeat, Redfield drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Pheasants host Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 0-4. Waubay/Summit lost 28-8 in their recent league test against Waverly/South Shore (Waverly, SD)
