Iowa High School Football - West Marshall nudges Roland-Story
September 12, 2025: State Center, IA 50247 In Friday's non-league match, the host West Marshall Trojans football squad scored a close 27-20 victory over the Roland-Story Norsemen.
The Trojans (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Ogden (Ogden, IA). The Bulldogs go into the 1A District 7 battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Ogden was tipped by Northwest Webster (Manson, IA), 15-0, in a non-league battle.
The Norsemen now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Denver for a 2A Group 4 battle on Friday, September 19. Roland-Story will play a Cyclones team coming off a 42-0 non-league win over Charles City (Charles City, IA). The Cyclones record now stands at 1-2.
