Connecticut High School Soccer - Morgan nudges Woodstock Academy
September 12, 2025: Clinton, CT 06413 The Morgan Huskies soccer squad scored 1 points and held the visiting Woodstock Academy Centaurs to 0 in the Huskies non-league victory on Friday.
The Huskies now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Portland for a Shoreline bout on Monday, September 15. Morgan will face a Highlanders team coming off a 1-1 league Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT). The Highlanders record now stands at 3-0.
The Centaurs (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Bacon Academy (Colchester, CT). The Bobcats enter the Eastern Connecticut I game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Bacon Academy held off Griswold (Griswold, CT), 8-0, in a non-league bout.
