With the triumph, Drew moves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Athenian (Danville, CA) to meet the Owls in a non-league match on Wednesday, September 17. The Owls come into the match with a record of 6-0. Athenian won 1-0 in their recent non-league match against Oakland Military Institute (Oakland, CA)
The Gators now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Joseph Notre Dame for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 16. Gateway will meet a Pilots team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over AIMS College Prep (Oakland, CA). The Pilots record now stands at 3-2.
