September 12, 2025: Magdalena, NM 87825 Alamo Navajo Cougars (Magdalena, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mescalero Apache Chiefs (Mescalero, NM), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Alamo Navajo improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to To'hajiilee (To'hajiilee, NM) to face the Warriors in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 2-4. To'hajiilee lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Ramah (Ramah, NM)
The Chiefs now own a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gateway Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. Mescalero Apache will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over New Mexico Military Institute (Roswell, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 4-1.
