The Aledo Bearcats topped the visiting Brewer Bears volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's league game.

Next up, the Bearcats confront the Granbury Pirates (Granbury, TX) in a 5A Region I District 5 outing, on Tuesday, September 16. Aledo will attempt to better on its 26-2 season record. The Pirates come into the outing with a 16-17 record after their 3-1 league win over Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, TX).

With the loss, Brewer drops to 15-10 on the campaign. The Bears host Saginaw (Saginaw, TX) to play the Rough Riders in a 5A Region I District 5 game on Tuesday, September 16. The Rough Riders enter the game with a record of 13-13.
