The Lawrence Tigers topped the host Covert Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Tigers face the Marcellus Wildcats (Marcellus, MI) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 16. Lawrence will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.

With the loss, Covert drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Grace Christian (Watervliet, MI) to play the Patriots in a Red Arrow outing on Tuesday, September 16. The Patriots come into the outing with a record of 3-7.
