Florida High School Volleyball - Strawberry Crest tips Lake Wales

The Strawberry Crest Chargers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Lake Wales Highlanders to 1 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Chargers now have a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Bloomingdale for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. Strawberry Crest will play a Bulls team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Montverde Academy (Montverde, FL). The Bulls record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Lake Wales drops to 8-7 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Garrison Forest (Owings Mills, MD) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13. The Grizzlies come into the outing with a record of 3-2. Garrison Forest lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Port Charlotte (Port Charlotte, FL)
