With the win, Faith Christian upgrades its record to 4-4 on the year. The Warriors travel to King's Christian Academy (Roanoke, VA) to play the Lions in a bout on Monday, September 19. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 0-2. King's Christian Academy lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Christian Heritage Academy (Rocky Mount, VA)
The Gryphons now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Timberlake Christian for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 22.
