September 13, 2022: Zimmerman, MN 55398 The St. Francis Fighting Saints smashed the host Zimmerman Thunder soccer squad by a margin of 6-1 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Fighting Saints now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Cambridge-Isanti for a Class AA Section 7 match on Friday, September 16. St. Francis will encounter a Bluejackets squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Princeton (Princeton, MN). The Bluejackets record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Zimmerman drops to 3-3 on the season. The Thunder travel to St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN) to encounter the Crusaders in a non-league match on Thursday, September 15. The Crusaders come into the match with a record of 1-0.
