Richmond Bobcats (Richmond, ME) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Valley Cavaliers (Bingham, ME), 8-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bobcats confront the Waynflete Flyers (Portland, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 15. Richmond will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Flyers enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 7-0 league win over Sacopee Valley (Cornish, ME).

The Cavaliers now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Rangeley Lakes for a Class D - South challenge on Friday, September 16.
