September 13, 2022: Sharpsville, PA 16150 The Sharpsville Blue Devils volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Mercer Mustangs to 0 in the Blue Devils non-league win on Tuesday.
With the win, Sharpsville upgrades its record to 4-2 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Greenville (Greenville, PA) to face the Trojans in a District 10 Region 2 outing on Thursday, September 15. The Trojans go into the outing with a record of 0-1.
The Mustangs now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Reynolds for a District 10 Region 2 outing on Thursday, September 15. Mercer will face a Raiders squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 4-1.
