Virginia High School Football - Culpeper County topples Liberty
September 13, 2023: Culpeper, VA 22701 The Culpeper County Blue Devils (Culpeper, VA) football defeated the visiting Liberty Eagles (Bealeton, VA), 19-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Courtland Cougars (Spotsylvania, VA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, September 20. Culpeper County will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 14-6 non-league loss to North Stafford (Stafford, VA).
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Sherando (Stephens City, VA). The Warriors enter the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Sherando defeated Fauquier (Warrenton, VA), 60-0, in a non-league bout.
