With the triumph, Dixon improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to West Carteret (Morehead City, NC) to confront the Patriots in a non-league test on Thursday, September 28. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 2-2.
With the loss, North Duplin drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Rosewood (Goldsboro, NC) to confront the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, October 5. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-4.
