September 13, 2023: Maywood, CA 90270 The Gabrielino Eagles prevailed the host Maywood CES Wolfpack volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rosemead for a test on Friday, September 15. Gabrielino will confront a Panthers team coming off a 25-16 non-league win over El Monte (El Monte, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-2.
The Wolfpack (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Torres (Los Angeles, CA). The Toros enter the test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Torres dropped by Sotomayor (Los Angeles, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
