North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ascend Leadership crushed by Southern Wake Academy

The Southern Wake Academy Lions topped the visiting Ascend Leadership Aviators volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Lions now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woods Charter for a Central Tar Heel 1A test on Thursday, September 14. Southern Wake Academy will confront a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 league win over Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 8-1.

The Aviators (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC). The Knights enter the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Chatham Charter gained a win over River Mill (Graham, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
