Bancroft-Rosalie Panthers (Bancroft, NE) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Neligh-Oakdale Warriors (Neligh, NE), 90-64 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Bancroft-Rosalie improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Panthers host Walthill (Walthill, NE) to play the Blujays in a D2 District 2 (8 Man) battle on Friday, September 20. The Blujays go into the battle with a record of 0-3. Walthill lost 80-20 in their recent non-league battle against Niobrara/Verdigre (Niobrara, NE)

The Warriors now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Ainsworth for a D2 District 7 (8 Man) battle on Friday, September 20. Neligh-Oakdale will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 40-38 non-league loss to West Holt (Atkinson, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
