The Corunna Cavaliers felled the visiting Brandon Blackhawks football team by a score of 49-21 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Cavaliers face the Owosso Trojans (Owosso, MI) in a Flint Metro - Lower challenge, on Friday, September 20. Corunna will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 50-14 league win over Clio (Clio, MI).

The Blackhawks (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Fenton (Linden, MI). The Blue Devils go into the Flint Metro - Lower challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Lake Fenton lost by Goodrich (Goodrich, MI), 62-0, in a league challenge.
