The Dobson Mustangs felled the host Central Bobcats football team by a score of 21-8 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Mesa Jackrabbits (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 20. Dobson will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Jackrabbits go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 49-7 non-league win over Skyline (Mesa, AZ).

The Bobcats (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ). The Pride go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Mountain Pointe toppled Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ), 27-20, in a non-league challenge.
