September 13, 2024: Chicago, IL The Steinmetz College Prep Silver Streaks football squad scored 16 points and limited the host Chicago Academy/Kelvyn Park to 6 in the Silver Streaks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Silver Streaks now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Little Village for a non-league test on Friday, September 20. Steinmetz College Prep will meet a Phoenix squad coming off a 28-6 non-league win over Uplift (Chicago, IL). The Phoenix record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Chicago Academy/Kelvyn Park drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The travel to The Noble Academy (Chicago, IL) to meet the Griffins in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Griffins come into the test with a record of 0-3. The Noble Academy lost 49-12 in their recent non-league test against ITW David Speer Academy (Chicago, IL)
