September 13, 2024: Gustine, CA 95322 The Gustine Reds football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Yosemite Badgers to 27 in the Reds non-league triumph on Friday.
The Reds now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mariposa County for a Southern League test on Friday, September 20. Gustine will meet a Grizzlies squad coming off a 40-0 non-league win over Sierra (Tollhouse, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-3.
With the defeat, Yosemite drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Badgers host California City (California City, CA) to meet the Ravens in a non-league test on Friday, September 27. The Ravens come into the test with a record of 1-2.
