In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Hilltop Cadets football squad scored a good 36-7 triumph over the North Central Eagles.

The Cadets (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Summerfield (Petersburg, MI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Summerfield defeated Whitmore Lake (Whitmore Lake, MI), 46-30, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Eagles meet the Richmond Heights Spartans (Richmond Heights, OH) in a Freelance match, on Friday, September 20. North Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Spartans come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 48-0 non-league loss to Colonel Crawford (North Robinson, OH).
