The Tolman Tigers felled the host Lincoln Lions football team by a score of 22-14 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers play the Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI) in a Division II challenge, on Friday, September 20. Tolman will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Oakers go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 33-14 non-league loss to St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI).

The Lions (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Moses Brown (Providence, RI). The Quakers go into the Division II challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Moses Brown toppled Shea (Pawtucket, RI), 14-8, in a league challenge.
