September 13, 2024: Hull, IA 51239 The Western Christian Wolfpack walloped the visiting Pocahontas Indians football team by a score of 35-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolfpack play the Cherokee Washington Braves (Cherokee, IA) in a 2A District 1 challenge, on Friday, September 20. Western Christian will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Braves go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 25-13 non-league win over Ridge View (Holstein, IA).
The Indians (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwest Webster (Manson, IA). The Cougars go into the 1A District 2 challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Northwest Webster was ripped by Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute (Mapleton, IA), 20-16, in a non-league challenge.
