Virginia High School Soccer - Regents nudges Fishburne Military
September 13, 2024: Waynesboro, VA 22980 The Regents Lions soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Fishburne Military Caissons to 2 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to United Christian Academy for a VACA bout on Monday, September 16. Regents will play a Crusaders squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Fishburne Military moves to 1-2 on the year. The Caissons host Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Monday, September 16. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Miller School of Albemarle lost 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA)
