The Medford Mustangs volleyball squad (Medford, MA), was edged 3-2 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Saugus Sachems (Saugus, MA)

With the win, Saugus improves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Sachems host Northeast Metro RVT (Wakefield, MA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 17. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 3-1. Northeast Metro RVT won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Nashoba Valley Tech (Westford, MA)

The Mustangs now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Somerville for a Greater Boston battle on Monday, September 16. Medford will encounter a Highlanders squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lynn English (Lynn, MA). The Highlanders record now stands at 2-3.
