California High School Volleyball - Whitney tips Peninsula
September 13, 2024: Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274 In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Whitney Wildcats volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Peninsula Panthers.
The Wildcats (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Pioneer (Whittier, CA). The Titans come into the 605 challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Pioneer was nudged by Glenn (Norwalk, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Panthers play the Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 14. Peninsula will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Toreadors come into the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Marshall (Los Angeles, CA).
