St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Fort Dorchester Patriots (North Charleston, SC), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Sharks now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Conway for a AAAA Region 6 outing on Tuesday, September 16.

With the loss, Fort Dorchester drops to 11-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC) to play the Bengals in a non-league outing on Monday, September 15. The Bengals come into the outing with a record of 8-2. Lucy Beckham won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Bishop England (Charleston, SC)
