September 13, 2025: Suffolk, VA 23434 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Landstown Eagles (Virginia Beach, VA) and the host Lakeland Cavaliers (Suffolk, VA), saw Landstown's volleyball squad achieve victory over Lakeland by a score of 2-0.
With the win, Landstown improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA) to encounter the Stallions in a Beach test on Tuesday, September 16. The Stallions go into the test with a record of 3-4. Green Run lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA)
Next, the Cavaliers meet the Phoebus Phantoms (Hampton, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 15. Lakeland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Phantoms enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Hampton (Hampton, VA).
