September 13, 2025: Lawrenceburg, KY 40342 In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Providence Christian Academy LIONS soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Anderson County Bearcats.
The LIONS (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Battle Ground Academy (Franklin, TN). The Wildcats go into the D II-A Middle 3 outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Battle Ground Academy by Christ Presbyterian Academy (Nashville, TN), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Bearcats confront the William Blount Governors (Maryville, TN) in a non-league test, on Sunday, September 14. Anderson County will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Governors come into the test with a 6-3 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Creek Wood (Charlotte, TN).
