The Gators now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Franklin Regional for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. Gateway will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 34-6 non-league loss to Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-3.
With the defeat, Kiski Area drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA) to battle the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 1-1. Penn-Trafford won 27-8 in their recent non-league game against Woodland Hills (Pittsburgh, PA)
