Connecticut High School Football - West Haven holds off Manchester
September 13, 2025: Manchester, CT 06040 The West Haven Blue Devils football squad scored 20 points and limited the host Manchester Red Hawks to 16 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Staples/Trumbull for a non-league game on Saturday, September 27.
The Red Hawks (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Platt (Meriden, CT). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Platt held off Plainville (Plainville, CT), 24-0, in a non-league game.
