September 13, 2025: Toledo, OH 43606 The Springfield Blue Devils soccer squad scored 6 points and held the host Ottawa Hills Green Bears to 2 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Saturday.
The Blue Devils now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Ross for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 16. Springfield will clash with a Little Giants team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Southview (Sylvania, OH). The Little Giants record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Ottawa Hills moves to 1-2 on the year. The Green bears host Lake (Millbury, OH) to play the Flyers in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 18. The Flyers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Lake lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Bowling Green (Bowling Green, OH)
