The Comets (7-4) will now prepare for their outing against Monticello (Monticello, IL). The Sages enter the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Monticello by Centennial (Champaign, IL), 5-0, in a non-league test.
The Fightin' Irish now sport a 0-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Urbana University for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Bishop McNamara will clash with a Illineks team coming off a 3-2 league win over Arthur-Okaw Christian (Arthur, IL). The Illineks record now stands at 4-2.
