September 13, 2025: Genoa, OH 43430 Delta Panthers (Delta, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Genoa Area Comets (Genoa, OH), 7-4 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Delta advances its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Maumee (Maumee, OH) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Monday, September 15. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 6-3. Maumee won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Clay (Oregon, OH)
The Comets now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Oak Harbor for a Northern Buckeye test on Tuesday, September 16. Genoa Area will clash with a Rockets team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Bryan (Bryan, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 6-4.
