Oklahoma High School Softball - Caney Valley bounces Shidler
September 13, 2025: Ramona, OK 74061 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Caney Valley Trojans (Ramona, OK) and the visiting Shidler Tigers (Shidler, OK), observed Caney Valley's softball team get by Shidler by a tally of 8-3.
The Trojans (15-7) will now prepare for their contest against Barnsdall (Barnsdall, OK). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Barnsdall was routed by Pawhuska (Pawhuska, OK), 8-0, in a non-league contest.
The Tigers now hold a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Oilton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 16. Shidler will battle a Panthers team coming off a 12-5 non-league win over Prue (Prue, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 11-10.
