Illinois High School Volleyball - Armstrong over Cornerstone Christian
September 13, 2025: Armstrong, IL 61812 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Armstrong Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Cornerstone Christian Cyclones.
The Trojans (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Central A & M (Moweaqua, IL). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Central A & M went down by Edinburg (Edinburg, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Cyclones now sport a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lexington for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Cornerstone Christian will face a Minutemen squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Eureka (Eureka, IL). The Minutemen record now stands at 11-1.
