Avon Orioles (Avon, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Avon improves its record to 3-12 on the season. The Orioles travel to Plainfield (Plainfield, IN) to meet the Quakers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 17. The Quakers come into the challenge with a record of 10-4.

Next, the Red Devils meet the Covington Trojans (Covington, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Lowell will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 3-2 league win over South Vermillion (Clinton, IN).
