In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Tyler Knights volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Avonworth Antelopes.

The Knights (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Landstown (Virginia Beach, VA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Landstown was edged by Kempsville (Virginia Beach, VA), 3-1, in a league test.

The Antelopes now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Laurel for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16.
