September 13, 2025: Banks, OR 97106 The Melba Mustangs volleyball squad scored 2 points and limited the host Banks Braves to 1 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Saturday.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Burns Hilanders (Burns, OR) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Melba will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Hilanders enter the game with a 9-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Pendleton (Pendleton, OR).
The Braves (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Yamhill-Carlton (Yamhill, OR). The Tigers enter the 3A Coastal Range game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Yamhill-Carlton was tipped by Myrtle Point (Myrtle Point, OR), 2-0, in a non-league game.
