September 13, 2025: Chapin, SC 29036 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC) and the visiting Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers (Greer, SC), observed Chapin's volleyball team top Blue Ridge by a count of 2-0.
The Eagles (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest (Greenville, SC). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 16-5 record. In their last contest, First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest notched a victory over Oakbrook Prep (Spartanburg, SC), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Fighting Tigers battle the Travelers Rest Devildogs (Travelers Rest, SC) in a AAAA Region 2 battle, on Tuesday, September 16. Blue Ridge will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Devildogs go into the battle with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Daniel (Central, SC).
