Kentucky High School Volleyball - Boyd County over Trimble County
September 13, 2025: Ashland, KY 41102 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Boyd County Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Trimble County Raiders.
The Lions (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Musketeers go into the non-league test with a 10-3 record. In their last test, Greenup County achieved victory over Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Raiders now own a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carroll County for a District 31 test on Tuesday, September 16. Trimble County will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Eminence (Eminence, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 3-10.
