The Covenant Christian Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Loretto Mustangs to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now possess a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Russellville for a non-league outing on Monday, September 15. Covenant Christian will play a Golden Tigers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over East Lawrence (Trinity, AL). The Golden Tigers record now stands at 19-5.
