In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Fairfield Falcons volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Fort Wayne Snider Panthers.

The Falcons (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Goshen (Goshen, IN). The RedHawks come into the non-league challenge with a 0-10 record. In their last challenge, Goshen was edged by Elkhart Christian Academy (Elkhart, IN), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host DeKalb for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Fort Wayne Snider will face a Barons squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran (Fort Wayne, IN). The Barons record now stands at 5-10.
